Chebychev's Theorem

The proportion of the values that fall within k standard deviations of the mean will be at least 1 - 1 / k^2, where k is an number greater than 1.

"Within k standard deviations" interprets as the interval: x bar - k * s to x bar + k * s.

Chebyshev's Theorem is true for any sample set, not matter what the distribution.
